I honestly dont see how anyone could play a fighter sitting in front of a PC. This mod replace custom costume swimsuit. Deihmos Virtua Fighter was on the PC back in 1995 so dont hold you rbreath for another one. I understand that few people really have interest in playing this version of the game outside of a curiosity, but it's good that we can preserve the history of the game by being able to document and play VF5 R. If we can get Sega for publish this game made on a pc system to be release on Windows,I guess well have to emulate the thing,hehehe.
